Sierrastare is a nation that is home to 8.0 million citizens as of May 2010. This country has one of , if not the highest birthrate of any developed country. The average woman in Sierrastare usually has 5 children in her life time while family size can reach up to 7 or 8. This is held to be more common in more suburban and rural areas. However the birth rate is showing signs of slowing and it's expected to be at 2 children per women in 2020. Sierrastare was long known for it's amount of growth during the colonial Period. It's main port. New Avignon was home to 300 persons in 1625. By 1650 it was over 3 times it's original size with close to 1,000 inhabitants. The reason why this nation also seems to have a high birthrate is due to religion. Historically Sierrastare was French Protestant while Landis , which was being colonized by Britain and Portugal was Anglican Protestant in it's North and west meanwhile Catholic , Due to the Portugese in the south. However the Portuguese were driven out by 1660 and Anglican Protestantism remained dominant in Landis ever since. However as time changed people in Sierrastare thought that bearing many children was a sign of strength , wealth , prosperity , and religious commitment. This alone became the basis for many children. In the village of Liems a census was conducted in 1660 in which showed that the village's population was 100 people. By 1670 another census had showed that families had , over the course of ten , years bore an average of 7 children. The largest family was the Selments. The Selments had 13 children a record that wasn't broken until 2002 with the Carsey family. Out of the 13 that were born 11 had lived to adult hood while 2 died in their early childhood years. this graph displays the population at certain pints between 1930 and a projection showing the population of 2015. This alone set the first monarch of Sierrastare to consider the growth rate and his collection of taxes some years later with Jean-Claude. His tax policies caused population growth to be spurered with the "more children , more taxes" policy. It remained this way until 1860 when his son took the throne and encouraged couples to 1. Marry and 2. Have children.He himself had 9 children and upon his death 1 grandchild. Growth between 1870 and 1935 was 3.9 children average. Upon the economic crash of 1935 the number dropped to 2.5. The first baby boom would take place between 1946 and 1967 and bring the population from 4.3 million to 6 million. The population would reach 7.0 million in 1968. Between 1969 and 1979 there was a population decline of over 1 million as people left the country due to tyrannical rule. Death rates dramatically increased during this time. Between 1982 and 2000 another baby boom took place.During this baby boom the current Queen was born. The current population of Sierrastare is 8,070,293.
EthnicitiesSierrastare is made up of many ethnicities and over the last 25 years , has reached it's peak of diversification. With many people in Sierrastare of different ethnic backgrounds , it has begun to become a melting pot in which people are ethnically mixed and in families themselves , have members who are ethnically different than one another. In Sierrastare , many people who are like this tend to identify as Sierrastarin , first before stating their ethnic background due to the diversity presented in the population.  Ethnicities of Sierrastare are as follows: Sierrastare Caucasian or Sierrastare European Digital Census and Identification Numbers The digital census was taken in all provinces in 2002 with people simply pressing a button that logged them into a registry called the Census Administration. Every time someone is born a simple 3 digits are dialed into a phone " 392 " and it is added into registry as the next occuring number in terms of birth order along with an identification number and ID number of their parents. ID numbers for each person born before 2000 start with a 1 and those who were born before 1980 , their ID numbers begin with 0. Royalty id numbers are special as they contain 27 digits, starting with the letters RLT.Their numbers are set in stone and from time to time a single number may either switch places or change altogether. Identity theft of a royal is marked as treason. The standard has 15 numbers and doesn't start with letters except for military and government members. In which the assigned letters take up the first three numbers and the first digit moves to the fourth spot. For instance. If you number is 021273691899818 and you join the military your number will become: MTY073691899818. If you become an elected official in order to be Sub senator it would be SUS073691899818 and Senator: SEN073691899818. GenerationsSierrastare's population is divided into Generations. Listed Below is the generations in order from most recent.
Generation Claudiya-1995 to 2009Named after current Queen the Generation Claudiya is the most recent generation with a defined start in 1995. Most of this Generation is the children of the late Survival generation and early Rising Generation. This Generation is also the largest generation out of them all. Out of 7.8 million citizens 1.9 million are Generation Claudiya. Other names for this generation include the Claudiyan Generation , Generation I and iGeneration along with the 2nd Baby Boom Generation. Most of the children born in this generation have no mature memory of Sierrastare's fast development.They also have no mature memory of another government. The eldest of this generation will turn 14 and after 2009 the next generation will begin. This generation is also the most technologically advanced, highly educated , and more at risk in terms of social issues than any other previous generation. Due to it's size it is also the most powerful and this generation is expected to produce many children even though the birthrate will fall. Rising Generation-1980-1994The children of the early Survival Generation and majority of the Baby Boom Generation. Many of people born in this generation before 1985 have a childhood memory of poverty, along with a new government and growing international relations.Teenage pregnancy rates were particularlly high during this generation which contributes to many of the early members of this generation having children between 1995 and 2000. This generation also was the first to get the internet when it arrived in 1994. Defined by economic and family growth over 90 percent have siblings that is in the Claudiyan Generation. This alone shows that the space in which the generation is set is very small. Many experts in Sierrastare in terms of generational studies have found it to be one of the shortest generations in Sierrastare history. Survival Generation 1962 - 1979The Survival Generation is the cohort born between 1962 and 1979. This generation is mainly children of Pre Baby Boomers and early Baby Boomers. This generation in it'self is split into two parts. The Août subgeneration is defined as anyone born between 1962 and 1969. The Hardship Subgeneration is defined as anyone born between 1970 and 1979. The Août group is defined by the rise of the peace and love culture that was spreading around the world at the time. It was also characterized by free love and many teenage pregnancies and births. In 1969 the average age of a woman who had her first child was 17.4. Today it is 22.9. The number of marriages also feel however the number of divorces also fell meaning that many remained couples. Teenage marriage rates were also high with at least 3 teenage marriages per 90. This group was characterized by living though the social recoil of the late 50s.This group have childhood and near mature memories of the poverty that was widespread in the 70's The Hardship Group grew up during Naepolian's reign (1970-79) and have childhood memory poverty. This group came of age however during the 80's and the 90's. This group is also smaller than the Août group due to a high number of child deaths during the 70's due to tryannical reign by Naepolian's regime.This group is the group is charactised by strong persons who held family values and hope in high value. This group is also the most fertile as a new trend has arisen in which 30 something's have been contributing to the growing population. Baby Boomers 1945 - 1962This group known across the world is the spawn of children that were born and grew up after World War 2. This group of people generally are children of the Structure Generation and Early Pre Baby Boomers. This cohort numbers were very high at one time contributing to over 40 percent to the populationof Sierrastare. However only half the original number of Baby Boomers remain as most reside in the United Kingdom,United States, and France. This generation was also known as the group who were called Growth Stoppers. Many people in this generation did not have children until later on. Even later than the Survival Generation. This generation also encompasses the 50's turn over in which regular social values were tossed out and a divide between the young and old became heavily apparent. This generation came of age mainly when Sierrastare was under tyrannical rule. However due to the conditions many left and a relatively high number perished due to the poor conditions as well. This in turn cause their numbers to decline as a result.The signature of this generation is also short hair cuts. Pre Baby Boomers 1930 - 1944The parents of the Survival generation and the children of the Generation C. This is amoung the shortest generations due to lack of children born in this time. Due to economic depression this generation is known to have many people that saving money is the best financial choice to make. It is estimated that 5 percent of the population is Pre Baby Boomer.
