The Peoples Republic of Toright is a relatively large nation in east asia. Toright has borders with four countrys, Peoples Republic of China, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Union of Myanmar. And to the south you have the South china sea. Toright is made up of five provinces and one autonomous region. And for years there has been land disputes with China, over more than half of northern Toright.
Toright is home to over three Megacities (A megacity is usually defined as a metropolitan area with a total population in excess of 10 million people) and two metro's with over 20 million people

Economy
Toright is the worlds fourth largest exporter and the eighth largest importer.
And has an annual GDP growth rate of around 9.1% for the past 20 years the economy is very fast growing nearly as fast as PRC. Toright's success has been primarily due to manufacturing as a low-cost producer.This is attributed to a combination of cheap labor, good infrastructure, medium level of technology and skill and high productivity.
Toright's rapid growth has pulled millions of its people out of poverty since 1984,Today, about 10% of the Toright population remains below the poverty line. 91.1% of the population is relatively literate. Due to all this industrilisation Toright is an incredibly polluted country.Consequently, the government has promised to use more renewable energy with a target of 10% of total energy use by 2010 and 30% by 2050.

Toright Health Service
In 2002 the Government revised the whole health care system and decided to make it Free to everyone but only up to a certain point.
Under 16's
Any health care for under 16's is free including denistry, surgery, prescrptions everything. This has helped over 45,000,000 children undergo what would of been expensive treatment.
Over 16's
Most health care to over 16's is free but some isn't, for example: Cosmetic surgery and orthodontic treatment.
Hospitials
Since 2002 over 10,000 hospitials have been modernised and extensivly updated. And since 2007 after the outbreak of SARS in one hospitial hygene has been a hot topic.
Pearl River Delta
The Pearl River Delta Region (PRD) (simplified Chinese: 珠江三角洲; traditional Chinese: 珠江三角洲; pinyin: Zhūjiāngsānjiǎozhōu) in southern China and eastern Toright occupies the low-lying areas alongside the Pearl River estuary where the Pearl River flows into the South China Sea.
The Pearl River Delta has become the world's workshop and is a major manufacturing base for products such as electronic products (such as T.Vs and P.Cs), toys, garments and textiles, plastic products, and a range of other goods. and is geared for the export market mainly Europe, Atlantica and Asia.
The Pearl River Delta is notoriously polluted, with sewage and industrial waste treatment facilities failing to keep pace with the growth in population and industry in the area. A large portion of the pollution is brought about by factories run by Hong Kong manufacturers in the area. Much of the area is frequently covered with a brown smog. This has a strong effect on the pollution levels in the delta.
Pollution is perhaps one of the greatest risks to the Chinese White Dolphins that inhabit the area.
On March 22, 2007 the World Bank approved a $96 million loan to the PRC government and $ 45 million to the PRT government to reduce water pollution in the Pearl River Delta.
Metropolitan Area
The Pearl Delta is one of the most densely populated areas of the world. And the Western half in Toright is home to over 34 million people.
