Muphridian (language)
From SCJU Wiki
Muphridian is a Germanic language that was originally spoken by the Muphridians between 1450AD and 1525AD, when it underwent a lettering system change to become present day Muphridish, however the Terrans kept the Latin lettering system. Muphridian was the first of the alien English languages, and would later give rise to Granurian and Muphridish, and later Granaran. Muphridian has had several changes in spelling independent of the Muphridish decendents, mainly in word endings.
The last speakers of the Muphridian language as it is now, the Terrans, soon changed the name to English, but soon forgot where the name came from until the Terran civilization contacted the SCJU in 0014AL. In 0043AL the name was changed back to Muphridian after contact with the Muphridians, and also to distinguish it with English on the Earth, where differing terminology had caused problems in the past.
