Introduction
Seto is an island country in East Asia located in the Pacific Ocean lying directly south of Japan, and to the east of Southeastern China.
Seto's major cities and regions are connected by high speed rail lines, ferry lines and national highways. Seto has an expansive transportation network and is served by bus lines, bullet train lines, monorail, ferry, highways, and subways in the major cities. Even with extensive transportation systems, Seto's major cities still face serious congestion problems, especially during the rush hour of weekdays.
Seto is a major leader in robotics, technology, and shipping. It exports many technological products to nearby Asian markets and many technology companies have offices in the country's major cities.
History
It is unknown when humans originally arrived in Seto, but records show there have been humans on island since 144 B.C. It is believed early Japanese sailors stumbled upon the island when fishing nearby. Seto was used as a port for those sailors and allowed them to hold storage safely in an isolated location enemies had no way of getting to. Japan ruled over Seto from that time up until 1824, when Seto declared its independence.
Government
Seto is governed by a prime minister, similar to Japan and Britain in that aspect. The main parliamentary and legislative body meet at the Assembly in central Hinawa to create new laws and discuss important issues. In addition to a prime minister and a National Assembly, Seto also has an emperor that assumes a traditional role by hosting diplomats, presidents, and leaders of other nations.
The Emperor's Palace is an large ground near the Mizamotto District in Hinawa, with a series of canals and moats constructed in 454 A.D.
Geography
Seto contains a variety of landscapes, ranging from snow-capped mountains to dense forests and active volcanoes.
The mountains on the Eastern section of the island allow for Seto to maintain a relatively stable climate throughout the year, with an occasional snow-storm in the central and western regions of the country.
The country's tallest peak is Mount Nugu a few miles from the capital city of Hinawa.
Hinawa
The country's capital and largest city, Hinawa, is composed of 15 million (metropolitan area) and is considered the country's financial and cultural center.
Founded in 150 A.D., it's one of the oldest capital cities in the world.
The city is a maze of districts connected by transportation networks. It has 4 different business districts due to its large population. In addition, Hinawa has many satellite CBDs like Marina City and the satellite islands located in the bay.
The city's main artery is the Hinawa Metropolitan Expressway, which carries thousands of commuters every day in a loop through Hinawa, reaching the city's major districts. It intersects many nearby highways and leaves Hinawa via the S-11 Highway that connects to other cities in the country.
Transportation
Seto has numerous high-speed/bullet train lines that encircle the island. The country also has an highway and paved road system that links all the major cities and small towns.
Current Events

On 30th of March, a 5.2 magnitude earthquake shook the capital city; the epicenter located only a few miles from the major CBDs of the city. Many were concerned underwater aftershocks could result in a tsunami, and an alert was quickly posted. It was later called off as a false alarm. The earthquake cut power off to a large number of customers in the city, but no casualties were reported. Savoyard royals were at the palace at the time of the earthquake and were evacuated to wait out aftershocks.

In the end of April 2009, Grand Duke Bertham Marolf IV and diplomats visited Seto representing Genevra to create new relations with the nation.
