Decision

We find that St. Marque Inlet is proposing such a method for intra-Union travel and not to interfere with any travel to and from union member nations. And so in the duty of preventing monopolistic industries, the Supreme Court of the Union has found sufficient evidence that places the claims made by St. Marque Inlet against Pakkusena to be in the right on the balance of probabilities. We do however see some similarities between the proposal but not so much that it could be thought that it was stolen. In addition to this we suggest a better name than HyperRail as HyperRail suggests that the locomotive is moving at high speed and not through "gates" for shortcuts. Therefore, this court sides with St. Marque Inlet and will decide on a remedy immidiately as it has been proven that SMI did not steal the idea to its full extent and that there are only minor similarities between the ideas and that SMI proposed an idea for intra-Union travel while Pakkusena proprosed for Inter-Union travel.

Action Taken / Sentence

Pakkusena is prohibited from accusing SMI or gaining any royalties from SMI whilst these travel alternatives are in operation.
