The history of Sierrastare begins with the first tribes in Sierrastare that began their habitation from 2800 B.C. These tribes were tribes migrating from Western Africa from present day countries of Namibia , Gabon, and possibly Sierra Leone. When these tribes first arrived they were originally hunter and gatherer tribes which were found to be habitating present day Ostawombé and Nouveaux Aquitaine Provinces as early as 1400 B.C. The Milernarui were also settling the present day Eastern Islands by 1200 B.C.The next groups ended up populating present day Ratarinta and Avance provinces, which were named the Secunzi and Anaswaili. By the time the 1100's came around there was fighting amoungst the tribes and more tribes were being formed or moving into Sierrastare. The War of Tears caused many of the members of the original tribes to do and the ones who survived the war ended up being merged into the emerging Xukumi , Shanti , and Fenzizi tribes. Around the time the war ended there is evidence of farming beginning to take place for the first time in present day Sierrastare.
Mastaba de Murnurmerkau

The population reaches about 70,000 by the time the 1000 B.C begins. Around this time organized centres begin to develop. The first being Zendentwa.Carbon dating provides evidence that some of the building materials date back to 1000 B.C from Zendentwa making it one of the oldest cities that is in continual existence. In about 990 There is evidence of a written language system that is used allowing for record keeping. This also allowed a population count that estimates 6,000 people lived in Zendentwa at the time. The tribal mentality also becomes less of a common place and people and begin to develop a civilzed society at the time. This society was called the Shozum , translated from the rare texts from that time.
As a result of this burgeoning society a ruler was selected from the main line of royalty. King Fwetye was crowned sometime between 940 and 929 B.C. based off monuments and a record that talked about his right of passage briefly. The Shozum Kingdom thrived and by 890 B.C King Murnurmerkau is king and comissions a project that will rival the pyramids in Egypt. The Project is the Mastba de Murnurmerkau or Mfugambi as it refered to by locals. This step pyramid was his resting place upon his death and the death of his two wives and several children. Many others were buried here of royal linage as well from the time of construction which is believed to have been 870 B.C to 1170 A.D. Around the mastaba there are several smaller ones that served the same purpose as well for the local population for a shorter time period.
Between 839 and 828 the population of the kingdom declines dramatically due to plague. The kingdom before the plague had an estimated 100,000 people living in it. Afterwards only an estimated 9,000 to 10,000 were alive by 818 B.C.
